We snack around here, a lot. I use the term “grazers” to describe our summer eating habits. Everyone is on a different schedule, so we kind of eat as we go about our daily activities and try to sit down for a family supper.

Today there were four people to feed, all with varying levels of hunger and little interest in slowing down. In other words, I needed less than a meal and more than a snack. I stuffed some cheese into canned croissant dough, left them in the oven for 12 minutes then served them up with fresh fruit and veggies.

4 string cheese, cut into halves
